Another Day Battling The Hit And Run Epidemic Or Shall I Say Pandemic In Philadelphia

Initial reports indicate that the 30-year old victim was hit by a Gold or Silver Pontiac or Oldsmobile as one or both of two vehicles that were apparently racing each other down the Boulevard, struck the innocent victim and fled the scene. Like any other irresponsible hit and run driver, in this case both drivers kept running rather than stopping.
